Return & Exchange Policy
We have a same-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 24 hours of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@foxypandas.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns must be sent to the following address: Shop No 1, Opposite Pooja Hotel, Neelkanth Market, M. G. Road, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400077.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you must place a return request within 24 hours of receiving your item. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our general return policy, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
